I hear a lot of people say things like: “I used to meditate.” “I used to journal.” “I used to go to acupuncture.” “I used to practice Yoga.” “I used to do a juice cleanse once a year.” And then, something happened and you stopped. Why do we stop things that work for us?

Well, there could be a number of reasons.

You enter a new relationship and your partner doesn’t believe in what you are doing.

You got sick and had to stop for a while and then you just didn’t get back around to it.

You have less time due to your new job, a financial dip, a wave of laziness and self-sabotage washed over you.

A new method and practice came along that was cooler and you ditched the old one etc…

If you look at soul evolution and healing, we need a variety of tools in order to get the job done. The more skilled we become in using the right tools at the appropriate times, the better success we will have.

Most of you have more resources than you think to lead a fulfilling, healthy, aligned and soulful life.

At times, it is useful to take inventory and see which tools you already have in your toolbox. If they worked then, they might come in handy again.

So, my question to you is:

WHAT’S IN YOUR TOOLBOX?what's in yourtool box

Make a list. Once you determine and remember some of your old practices, take a moment and see if any of them call to you.

It might just be time to start using one/some of them again.

And/or be willing to add on if you feel like you’re missing a vital tool in order to continue smoothly on your soul’s journey.
